Preparation Method

  • Dice the paneer into cubes.
  • Smash the garlic.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Mix the corn flour, salt and water to the bajji batter consistency.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil. Dip the paneer pieces in the corn flour batter and deep fry itl.
  • Heat another pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the mashed garlic, green chilli and stir.
  • To this add soya sauce, pepper powder, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, if required add salt.
  • Fry Well and add paneer pieces.
  • When the paneer pieces are done garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
