Preparation Method

  • Chop the paneer and put in warm water.
  • Grind three tomatoes to a fine paste.
  • Deseed a tomato and chop it lengthwise and finely.
  • Deseed capsicum and chop into triangles.
  • Chop green chilli.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot, temper with cumin .
  • Add onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry.
  • To this add ground tomatoes and fry well.
  • Add capsicum and fry.
  • Add garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, chopped paneer, kasoori methi and fry well.
  • When the paneer pieces are done garnish with coriander leavesand finely cut tomatoes.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
