Preparation Method

Cook the potatoes and peas separately.
Mash them and keep aside.
Crumble the paneer.
Dry roast the besan flour and keep aside.
Mix the mashed potatoes and peas along with salt.
Add the crumbled paneer, chopped ginger, green chillies, fennel, coriander leaves, besan flour, turmeric powder and mix well.
Take small portion of this and make into desired shaped patties.
Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam sesame oil and deep fry the patties till crisp and brown.
Remove from fire and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
