Preparation Method

  • Dice the paneer into cubes.
  • Blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel the skin and puree it.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, saute onions.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind it to a fine paste.
  • Soak the cashew nuts and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Heat a broad pan with butter, when it melts add fennel, ginger-garlic paste and fry.
  • Add coriander powder, chilli powder, tomato puree, ground onion paste, salt and fry well till raw smell goes.
  • Add the paneer pieces, simmer to a low flame for three minutes.
  • Add the garam masala powder, fresh cream, ground cashew nut paste, stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
