Preparation Method

  • Chop the chicken finely.
  • Pound the red chillies coarsely.
  • Chop the mushrooms into two.
  • Boil the coconut milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook.
  • When the chicken is done add the cooked mushroom, galangal and lemon grass.
  • To this add the red chilli flakes, coriander leaves, fish sauce, lemon juice and stir well.
  • When everything blends together, add the kaffir leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, add salt if required.​
