Preparation Method

  • Chop the chicken and keep aside.
  • Chop the spring onions into two inch long.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute chopped onion and ginger.
  • Pour the chicken stock.
  • Add the chicken pieces, lemon grass and close with a lid.
  • When the chicken is done add the cooked rice, roasted peanut, dark soy sauce, mushroom, spring onion and allow it to boil for five minutes.
  • Discard the lemon grass.
  • Add salt, pepper powder and serve it in a soup bowl.
