Preparation Method

  • Keep the fish pieces ready.
  • Grind together shallots, pepper, coriander stem.
  • Boil 6 cups of water.
  • When it starts to boil add the ground masala and stir well.
  • To this add the fish sauce, fish pieces, tamarind extract, palm sugar, fried ginger, spring onion, coriander leaves and allow it to boil.
  • Remove from fire and serve in soup bowls.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.
