Preparation Method

  • Boil water in a vessel along with olive oil.
  • Add the noodles and allow it to cook.
  • Drain the water and reserve the water.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, deep fry the noodles till crisp and keep aside.
  • Wash the mushroom.
  • Dice the capsicum, onion, carrot, mushroom and garlic finely.
  • Heat a pan with butter, when it starts to melt, saute garlic and onion.
  • Toss the chopped vegetables one by one and the broccoli.
  • Pour the drained water and add salt.
  • When the vegetables are done, add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and corn flour.
  • Stir well.
  • Flip the cooked noodles and serve in soup bowls.
