Preparation Method

  • Grind together shallots, pepper, dried shrimps, galangal and salt.
  • Chop the baby corn into thin circles.
  • Boil the chicken stock adding the ground paste.
  • Add the pumpkin slices and allow it to boil for ten minutes.
  • To this add the zucchini, palak, basil leaf and baby corn.
  • When it starts to boil.  Remove from fire and serve immediately.
