Preparation Method

  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Deseed the capsicum and chop it.
  • Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes finely.
  • Heat a pressure cooker with Idhayam Sesame Oil or butter.
  • Add onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and fry well.
  • To this add all the vegetables and fry  for a minute.
  • Pour 600 ml of water allow it to boil.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, Cumin  powder, turmeric powder and  omam.
  • Close the lid and place the weight.
  • When it whistles once keep in a low flame for five minutes.
  • Strain and serve hot.
