Preparation Method

  • Extract the coconut.
  • Chop the kaffir lime leaves.
  • Wash the mushrooms and crumble with hand.
  • Chop the coriander leaves.
  • Smash the green chillies.
  • Boil coconut extract, water, galangal, lemon grass, coriander stem, lemon juice, kaffir lime leaves and salt.
  • Stir continuously adding mushroom and fish sauce.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli and serve hot.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.
