Preparation Method

  • Marinate the fish with lemon juice.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with coconut milk.
  • When it starts to boil add the prawns.
  • Close with a lid and allow it to cook.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • When it becomes hot, add thai red curry paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf and fish sauce.
  • Pour the coconut milk along with prawns.
  • Keep in a low flame for three minutes.
  • Add the fish pieces, pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve in soup bowls.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.
