Preparation Method

  • Wash and keep the chicken ready.
  • Grind together chillies, clove, ginger, garlic, shallots, turmeric powder and curry leaves.
  • Marinate the chicken adding the ground masala along with rice flour and salt for an hour.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • When it becomes hot, flip two - three pieces at a time and fry till crisp and brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
