Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin of the yam and dice into tiny cubes to the size of peas.
  • Heat a pan with ghee.
  • Roast the cashew nuts and raisins.
  • Heat another pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it become hot, add the roasted ground nut,fry and keep aside.
  • To the same oil, add the yam little by little and fry till crisp and brown.
  • Mix together the roasted yam, ground nut, chilli powder and salt.
  • Add the ghee roasted raisins, cashew nut and crystal sugar.
  • Mix well and serve.
