Preparation Method

  • Take the fishes in a bowl.
  • Dry roast cumin seed, fennel, coriander seed, pepper, chilli and grind it along with shallots and curry leaves.
  • Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, ground masala, salt and rice flour for about thirty minutes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • When it becomes hot, flip the fish pieces.
  • Flip five to six pieces and fry both the sides till golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
