Preparation Method


  • Peel the raw banana and chop into a thick one inch long pieces.
  • Pound coarsely one teaspoon of fennel, red chilli, roasted chana dhal and poppy seed.
  • Marinate the chopped raw banana with salt and the pound spice powder.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper fennel and urad dhal.
  • Add the marinated raw banana and fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
