Preparation Method

  • Boil water in a vessel.
  • Add the rice fryums and cook.
  • Drain the water.
  • Chop the shallots lengthwise.
  • Split the red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add urad dhal, curry leaves and chilli.
  • Saute shallots till brown.
  • Add the fryums.
  • Adjust  salt.
  • Rice fryums contains salt. If required add salt.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
