Preparation Method

  • Mix three cups of water, salt and turmeric powder to the gram flour.
  • Stir well and keep aside.
  • Chop onions, ginger and green chillies finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard, add urad dhal, cumin seed  , curry leaves, onion, green chillies, ginger
  • and fry well.
  • Add the gram flour mixture and stir consistency.
  • When it comes to a thick consistency, remove from fire and serve.
