Preparation Method

  • Chop the kovakkais to thin circles.
  • Chop the onions lengthwise.
  • Chop the tomatoes finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and tomatoes.
  • Add the chopped kovakkais  and fry well for five minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry until the vegetables turns to brownish red.
  • Sprinkle the roasted channa dhal powder, stir well and remove from fire.
  • Serve hot.
