Preparation Method

  • Prick the green chillies with a fork.
  • In a bowl, take curd add salt and green chilli.
  • Mix it well and close the bowl with a cotton cloth.
  • Let it under sunlight.
  • By morning, squeeze the curd and keep aside.
  • Dry the green chillies under sunlight.
  • By evening ,take the green chillies and soak it in curd.
  • Do the same process until the green chillies absorbs the curd completely.
  • Dry the green chillies under sunlight until it turns crisp and dry.
  • Deep fry in Idhayam sesame oil and use, whenever required.
