Preparation Method

  • Cook the potatoes. Peel the skin and chop into small pieces.
  • Grind the tomatoes.
  • Chop two onions.
  • Cook the peas.
  • Heat a pan with butter.
  • When it starts to melt saute two onions till translucent.
  • Add ginger – garlic paste and fry well.
  • To this add the ground tomatoes, lemon juice, chilli powder, paav bhaji masala powder, salt, potato, peas, coriander leaves and stir well.
  • Dice the onion
  • Slit the paav bun horizontally,transfer the bhaji to a bowl, garnish with chopped onion and serve.
