Preparation Method

  • Parboil the mutton pieces along with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Chop the garlic.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute onion, garlic, red chillies and the cooked mutton and stir well.
  • When the mutton is done, add chilli powder, fennel powder, pepper powder and stir well.
  • When the masala thickens and coats the mutton remove from fire and serve.
