Preparation Method

  • Boil milk with sugar in a low flame till the volume is reduced to half of its quantity.
  • Refrigerate the milk.
  • Soak the china grass in warm water for ten minutes and refrigerate.
  • Soak the almond gum overnight.
  • Scrape the china grass and keep aside.
  • In a tall glass take nannari sarbath, china grass, almond gum and milk.
  • Finally spoon a scoop of Ice cream, garnish with tutti frutti and serve.
