Preparation Method

  • Soak the chana over night.
  • Pressure cook and drain the excess water.  
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, curry leaves, onion, red chilli, cooked chana and stir well.
  • Add salt and grated coconut.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
