Preparation Method

  • Steam the Raw bananas. Peel the skin. Add salt and mash well.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and onion to the mashed raw banana and mix well.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam SesameOil.
  • Grease your hand with oil.
  • Take a small ball of the raw banana mixture, flatten it  and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.
