Preparation Method

  • Crack the egg and beat well.
  • Add sugar to the beaten egg and mix well.
  • To this add, maida, cooking soda, milk and mix to a consistency of dosa batter.
  • Heat a dosa pan, spread the batter into circles, add ghee.
  • Keep in a low flame, flip over till it turns brown.
  • Serve hot.
