Preparation Method

  • Grate the coconut.
  • Grind together grated coconut, green chilli, salt and roasted channa dhal.
  • Heat a mini pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add urad dha, curry leaves and pour it over the chutney.
  • Serve with Idli and Dosa.
