Preparation Method

  • Remove the stem of the red chilli.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, add urad dhal, channa dhal, tamarind, garlic, red chilli and fry well.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind it along with salt.
  • Heat another pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the ground chilli chutney, fry well, remove from fire and serve.
