Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot add coriander seed, curry leaves, chilli, urad dhal, tamarind and fry well.
  • Grind it along with salt.
  • Heat another pan with the rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil, temper mustard, add the ground masala and fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
