Preparation Method

  • Clean the curry leaves.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Roast coriander seed, urad dhal, red chilli, garlic and curry leaves.
  • Fry well and keep aside.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Add salt and grind it to a thick consistency.
  • Serve with Idli or Dosa.
