Preparation Method

  • Clean the neem flower.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add urad dhal, asafoetida, red chilli, tamarind, neem flower and fry.
  • Allow it to cool and grind it along with salt.
  • Heat another pan with rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add the ground chutney fry well and serve.
