Preparation Method

  • Chop the ginger finely.
  • Heat a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, channa dhal, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, red chilli, tamarind and fry.
  • Allow it to cool and grind it.
  • Heat another pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, curry leaves add the ground ginger paste, turmeric powder and simmer to a low flame.
  • Fry well and serve with dosa or Idli.
