Preparation Method

  • Cook the groundnut.
  • Chop the onions.
  • Heat a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion, red chilli, asafoetida, grated coconut and urad dhal.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind it along with the cooked groundnut and salt.
  • Heat rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil in a pan, temper mustard, curry leaves, add  the groundnut chutney and fry well 
  • Remove from fire and serve.
