Preparation Method

  • Wash the prawns and keep aside.
  • Chop the ginger, garlic and green chillies finely.
  • Chop the capsicums into triangles.
  • Dice the onions and spring onions finely.
  • Crack the eggs and beat it along with salt.
  • Mix together beaten egg, corn flour, maida, pepper powder and salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, dip the prawns in the egg mixture and deep fry and keep aside.
  • Fry all the prawns.
  • Heat another pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute onion, pepper, ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicum and soy sauce.
  • Add the fried prawns, aji-no-motto, spring onion, sugar and stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
