Preparation Method

  • Chop the prawns finely.
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add salt and beat well.
  • Chop the green chillies and onion finely.
  • Mix together maida, gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, ground ginger, garlic paste, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and egg.
  • Add the prawns and smother it.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, make small balls with the prawns mixture.
  • Flip five to six prawns and fry till crisp and brown.
