Preparation Method

  • Wash and keep the prawns aside.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper cinnamon, bay leaf, clove and cardamom.
  • Add ginger paste and fry.
  • Flip the prawns and fry for three minutes.
  • When the prawn is done, pour the coconut milk, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and stir well.
  • Cook until the gravy thickens.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
