Preparation Method

  • Mix turmeric powder to the prawns and keep aside.
  • Chop onions, ginger and garlic finely.
  • Grind the grated coconut, cumin  powder, chilli powder to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion, garlic and ginger.
  • To this add the ground masala, keep in a low flame and fry until raw smell goes.
  • Add the prawns, salt and stir.
  • Keep it in a low flame until the prawn is cooked and the masala turns red and coats the prawns.
  • Squeeze lemon juice, stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
