Preparation Method

 

  • Rinse the prawns and chop it finely .
  • Combine gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, fennel powder and salt.
  • Mix with required amount of water to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, sprinkle the prawn mixture into hot oil and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
  • Make such pakoda with rest of the prawns.
  • Serve as evening snack.
