Preparation Method

  • Wash and take the prawns in a bowl.
  • Chop the onions and spring onion finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Toss ginger.
  • Add the prawns and fry for five minutes.
  • To this add onion, spring onion and fry till golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
