Preparation Method

  • Slit the prawns and keep aside.
  • Pound the sesame seed and add it along with chilli powder and salt.
  • Grind the sesame mixture with coriander leaves.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice to the ginger garlic paste and stuff it into the slits of prawns.
  • Mix the ground coriander leaves masala to the prawns.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Add the prawn mixture and fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
