Preparation Method

  • Discard the shell of the prawns leaving the tail.
  • Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, pepper powder, chilli powder, vinegar and salt for forty minutes.
  • To this mix the corn flour till the mixture gets thick.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Flip three to four prawns and fry till crisp and serve hot.
