Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice, drain and keep aside.
  • Chop the ginger and spring onions finely.
  • Crush the garlic.
  • Chop the capsicums.
  • Par boil peas.
  • Heat a wok with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the garlic and fry.
  • To this add the ginger, capsicums, peas and fry well.
  • Add the chicken pieces, cooked rice, soy sauce, spring onion,salt and stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
