Preparation Method

  • Soak the rice, drain it completely and pound it.
  • Dry roast gram flour slightly.
  • Chop onion, green chillies finely.
  • Mix together rice flour, roasted chana dhal powder, gram flour, onion, green chillies, salt, rava, required amount of water and knead it to a thick dough.
  • Make small balls and flatten it slightly.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot, deep fry the vadas till crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot.
