Preparation Method

  • Cook rice with salt till soft and fluffy.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Chop the green chillies and ginger finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add curry leaves, green chilli, ginger fry well and keep aside.
  • Mix together curd and milk.
  • To this add the fried spices.
  • Stir well and serve.
