Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice with salt and keep aside.
  • Grate the coconut.
  • Split red chillies into two.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, add red chilli, curry leaves and grated coconut.
  • Keep in a low flame and fry well.
  • Add ghee, rice and fry well and serve hot.
