Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice and drain water.
  • Dice the onion.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and garlic.
  • Add the crab, the egg and stir for five minutes.
  • Add spring onion, fish sauce, sugar, pepper powder and stir well.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.​
