Preparation Method

  • Piund the corn, coarsely like one into two.
  • Pound the peanuts.
  • Chop the onions roughly.
  • Mix together ground corn, peanut powder, basil leaves, sugar, baking soda, onion, chilli powder, salt, soy sauce and knead it.
  • Shape like cutlets.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and fry the tikkies and serve.
