- Piund the corn, coarsely like one into two.
- Pound the peanuts.
- Chop the onions roughly.
- Mix together ground corn, peanut powder, basil leaves, sugar, baking soda, onion, chilli powder, salt, soy sauce and knead it.
- Shape like cutlets.
- Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and fry the tikkies and serve.
