Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken with curd, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, red colour powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and let it for three hours.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, flip five to six chicken pieces at a time and fry.
  • Serve hot.
