Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder for fifteen minutes.
  • Split red chillies into two.
  • Dice the onions to medium size.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add onion, red chilli, the marinated chicken pieces and fry for five minutes.
  • Add required amount of water and close with a lid.
  • When the water is absorbed completely. Add chilli powder and fry in a low flame until the chicken is cooked and the masala coats the chicken.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
