Preparation Method

  • Take big chunks of chicken pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with curd and salt for twenty minutes.
  • Grind ginger, garlic, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  • Heat a broad pan adding ghee and Idhayam Sesame Oil and add the ground masala and fry in a low flame till the raw smell goes.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces.
  • Pour required amount of water and let it to boil.
  • When the masala coats the chicken and turns red remove from fire and server hot.
